The primary objective is to improve the plant efficiency through a precise measurement instrumentation and accurate control system that is compatible with the existing Chiller system and is able to compute, trend-log and display the systems performance in real-time at the component and system level.
We will attain the desired and possible optimization levels through our specially programmed software with adaptive control technology, and using a PLC based system. Our proposed solutions work seamlessly by continuously balancing the various components like Primary & Secondary Chilled Water Pumps, Condenser water pumps and Cooling Towers, efficiently controlled in a holistic manner to deliver the current internal cooling requirements with the most energy efficient operation possible and across varying external conditions.
The Chiller optimization system can be installed and is compatible with any chillers and its auxiliaries – irrespective of their age, model or brand of the existing equipment and with or without BMS, It is intrusion free, and requires no downtime in operations for its installation, and operates within the manufacturer’s recommended parameters of the existing equipment.
Ours is a stand-alone solution focusing on optimising and there is no operational risk with the system. It can be by pass at any time in the unlikely event that the cooling comfort is not compromise and the system will revert to local manual mode enabling to be operate from the electrical control panel manually and can continue to deliver the required cooling load.
